Details

Title VIII pertains to the post-market monitoring and reporting obligations for providers and deployers of AI systems. The control questions derived from the text of the Articles 61-68e, are scoped towards enablement of the necessary capabilities in the AI systems, facilitating the providers to achieve compliance with the requirements in this section of the EU AI Act.
